Agree or Disagree? Frogs indeed need protection, as do many species. Be part of a conversation at Kermit.PlanetThoughts.org [Kermit.PlanetThoughts.org] Video is included to remind you of the Kermit position. What do you think makes it easy or hard to be green? How do YOU interpret and carry out being green?

Frogs do need protection on like many of our other creatures! You just never know what global warming will do to many of our Woodfrog once they weather changes everything! They and many other frogs will not be able to handle the changes!

Pretty much every living thing on this planet needs protection. Except GMO's and big fat rich out-of-touch executives that are pushing us closer to the brink of destruction with their greed and disregard for their planet or the people and animals upon it.

The title of this debate is "It's not easy being green", but really, what makes that hard?

Agreed with Gruntilla.
I think it can be easy, to be green that is, for some people who can afford it. (yes, I know there are other cheaper alternatives but in a urban society it is a bit difficult for the average middle-class person to carry out a "green" life.
To carry out being green is to be aware of conservation and global warming issues. Also trying your best to help increase global awareness.

btw Happy Earth Day!!!! ^_____^

I think it is very hard if you approach the question with an all or nothing mindset but if you and a bunch of your friends start by making small changes. Driving less, walking more avoiding plastic buying things in bulk with less packaging. Start with changes that are easy for you and eventually, you'll be ready to move on.

I am working on using a lot less plastic. Tomorrow I am going buy bulk shampoo -- refilling my old bottle.
